As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Developing and implementing a regional internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Director of Corporate Communications to meet organizational objectives and business needs.

• Leading key communications events and campaigns, including ideating, content creation, and managing events on virtual platforms or in person (e.g., regional townhalls, product and tech open houses, leadership outreach events, employee recognition programs such as IMPACT).

• Overseeing stakeholder/leadership communication, ensuring updates on key events, and briefing stakeholders on their roles and involvement.

• Collaborating with HR, Technology, and other functions to deliver on the communications agenda.

• Supporting the PMI (Post-Merger Integration) agenda, representing Corporate Communications in the project team, and delivering on team integration objectives.

• Managing the editing and design of all communications campaigns and creatives.

• Measuring the effectiveness of communications messages and channels and making recommendations to review and amend the strategy as appropriate.

• Supporting external communication activities around the corporate communications strategy, including at least two major campaigns per year.

• Managing the ‘always-on’ external communications agenda for Employer Branding through PR/media stories, owned social channels, tech blogs, industry speaking opportunities, etc.

• Liaising with the PR agency and drafting press communication materials such as releases, media Q&A, and spokespeople content submissions.

• Managing and maintaining the company’s online platforms, including PropertyGuru Group’s corporate website, newsrooms, blog, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in planning and executing public relations/corporate communications or employee/internal communications in the APAC region, ideally in Southeast Asia.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or equivalent working experience.

• Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable strength in PR writing, editing, and research.

• Exhibits leadership in managing communications projects and cross-functional working teams.

• Has experience in digital communications and social media channel management.

• Ideally has agency or in-house experience with a demonstrated ability to ideate and implement communications campaigns.
