You will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications that enable our core business operations. This role primarily supports the Corporate Systems team, with a strong focus on managing, maintaining, and extending the company's ERP platform.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and other engineers to deliver business enhancements, resolve operational issues, and ensure the reliability and scalability of ERP-based solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is essential, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI-assisted development, and test automation considered a strong plus.
What You'll Do:
ERP Application Development & Support
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enhancements to the company's ERP system.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for existing business operations, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Maintain and enhance integrations between the ERP and other corporate systems.
- Ensure ERP solutions meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Deliver new features and improvements that support evolving business processes.
- Participate in solution design, technical reviews, and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, analysts, QA, and operations teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Explore and apply AI-based tools or techniques to improve development efficiency and automation, where appropriate.
- Stay current with best practices in ERP development, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX in a development or support role.
- Strong understanding of ERP application architecture and business process support.
- Experience with version control systems and modern development workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based development environments.
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Clear communicator, able to convey progress, risks, and dependencies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Active participant in code reviews, technical reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices.
- Reliability-focused, with a strong sense of ownership over the performance, security, and scalability of business-critical systems.
- Curious and proactive about applying AI-based tools and automation to improve development efficiency.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying current with ERP and Microsoft technology best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Primarily performed in an indoor, air-conditioned office setting requiring normal safety precautions.
