Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We are proud to offer a structured, supportive environment where teamwork and quality care come first—and where our CNAs are set up for success.

Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
