Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. The engineer also develops and validates architectural proofs to confirm the feasibility and robustness of the proposed systems, collaborating with various teams to align infrastructure and platform environments with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline operations.
- Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
