Serve as the first point of contact for clients reaching out during challenging and often traumatic situations — your presence and compassion set the tone for their entire experience with our firm

Conduct thorough client consultations to determine how Morgan & Morgan can best serve them

Accurately collect and input case information into our systems with speed and precision

Schedule follow up appointments and callbacks for potential clients

Guide potential clients through the process of retaining our firm's services by clearly explaining next steps and obtaining signed retainer agreements

Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment

Resolve client concerns with professionalism, patience, and genuine care

Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and focus
