Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities across Corporate Services categories supporting North America.
• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver value, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
• Manage sourcing initiatives for indirect spend categories including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Professional Services, and other corporate functions.
• Lead competitive bidding processes, supplier negotiations, and contract discussions to secure optimal commercial and operational outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand priorities, influence decision-making, and align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and service improvements.
• Drive contract compliance and support the implementation of supplier performance management practices.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance procurement processes and capabilities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Purchasing roles.
• Proven experience managing indirect spend categories within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of North American procurement practices and supplier markets, particularly within the United States.
• Experience supporting functions such as Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with SAP in procurement and sourcing processes.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
