The Position

The Business Analytics & Digital Intern will play a key supporting role in gathering, preparing, and processing diverse data sources to drive evidence-based decision-making across the affiliate. The intern will directly assist in building dynamic Tableau dashboards, extracting actionable business insights, and supporting ongoing digital and omnichannel activities. This role provides hands-on experience within a fast-paced corporate environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM data, reporting tools, and commercial activities.

Main Responsibilities

Data Preparation & Processing

• Assisting in gathering, cleaning, validating, and structuring raw data from various internal and external data sources.

• Supporting data quality, governance, and consistency checks across corporate platforms and datasets.

Tableau Dashboard & Analytics Development

• Helping design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and local reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

• Assisting in updating existing BI reports, spreadsheets, and analytical models used by internal stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Performing basic statistical and trend analyses to identify actionable business insights, marketplace opportunities, and performance gaps.

• Translating complex data findings into clear, digestible summaries and presentation slides for business teams.

Digital & Omnichannel Support

• Supporting day-to-day digital and omnichannel activities, including tracking campaign metrics, customer engagement data, and digital adoption trends.

• Assisting with local CRM/EpiCX administration tasks, user support, data attribute mapping, and testing (UAT) for system enhancements.

• Supporting administrative and cross-functional ad-hoc projects within the Business Value & Strategy department.

Who You Are

• Education & Studies: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience/internship in data analysis, market research, or digital marketing/e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRM, Google Workspace/MS Office) is considered a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau (or similar BI tools) and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or basic Python/data tools is a plus.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data processing.

• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to present analytical findings clearly and work effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Attitude: High curiosity, adaptability, eagerness to learn digital & analytics tools, and a strong growth mindset.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Bulgarian. Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
