Bookkeeper (Real Estate & Consulting) (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to start immediately!

📌 About the Client
Our client operates in the Consulting and Real Estate (Rental Properties) industry and is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Manage bookkeeping tasks including maintaining books, preparing invoices, and processing timesheets
2. Perform administrative tasks such as research, coordination, and planning
3. Provide real estate property management support including coordinating tasks and managing books for rental properties with asset management

Qualifications:
• Experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Experience in bookkeeping, including invoicing and timesheet processing
• Understanding of asset-based bookkeeping (real estate) and tax strategies
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude) for research and process building

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
