Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to build cloud-native web applications on AWS. Working across the stack — JavaScript/TypeScript frontends and scalable backend services — the role owns features end-to-end, from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and support. The ideal candidate takes ownership of both frontend and backend with minimal onboarding, applying a strong full-stack mindset and solid AWS expertise within a collaborative Agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own features end-to-end — from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and develop scalable, secure backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices on AWS.
• Integrate relational and NoSQL databases with efficient data models and queries.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using React and Next.js, integrated with APIs and cloud-based authentication.
• Develop and operate applications on core AWS services, and build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Configure monitoring and alerting, and troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues across the full stack.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, review peers' code, and apply cloud security and AWS Well-Architected best practices.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services such as Lambda, API Gateway/AppSync, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito, SQS/SNS, and CloudFront.
• Solid backend development: REST and GraphQL API design, microservices architecture, and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
• Frontend development with React and Next.js, modern CSS, and component libraries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack, with Node.js (Express, Fastify, or NestJS).
• Database integration with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB); ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize.
• CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or the Serverless Framework.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Additional skills:

• Experience designing serverless, event-driven architectures on AWS.
• Exposure to observability (CloudWatch) and code-quality gates (SonarQube, ESLint).
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Ownership mindset, self-starter, and an effective team player in cross-functional Agile teams
