The QARA Transformation & Delivery team supports this mission by driving process improvement, strategic projects, and organizational change that enable ResMed to remain agile, future-ready, and compliant.

This is a QARA Transformation & Delivery role, focused on ensuring QARA deliverables and regulatory compliance are embedded in all QARA-led and enterprise projects. As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of QARA-led projects and assist in enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating QARA deliverables. You’ll help ensure the right QARA stakeholders are engaged at the correct time, and that compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

• Ensure QARA deliverables are identified, planned, and delivered in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO13485, FDA, MDR).
• Provide coordination and administrative support for QARA-led projects and enterprise transformation initiatives related to ERP (Oracle), MES or WMS.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and compliance deliverables.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities such as meetings, workshops, and communications.
• Assist in coordinating QARA subject matter experts to ensure timely input into enterprise projects.
• Track progress on tasks and escalate risks or issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and dashboard updates.
• Contribute to change adoption and transition-to-BAU activities, ensuring compliance deliverables are met.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in building a career in project management, with the motivation to pursue a recognized professional certification, such as the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) in the future.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination or support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in developing project management capability in a regulated industry.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience working in a regulated healthcare or medtech environment.
• Experience with Manufacturing MES or Supply chain.
