Job Description:

We are looking to hire Associate Manager - HR Operations Specialist with expertise in Workday in Mumbai in GSS supporting our Workday and DW initiatives.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist having deep knowledge of Workday to join our GSS team. This role will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday HCM processes to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. Will also be an bridge between GSS and HRIS helping to enhance system functionality, streamline workflows, and maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Operations processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, job changes, and organizational updates.
• Administer and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Reporting.
• Collaborate with Internal HR groups gather requirements and work with HRIS to configure Workday, and implement new features or updates.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with HRIS as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Assist in Workday testing, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Train GSS team members on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in HR Automation projects, process improvements, and Workday/Digital Worker optimization initiatives.
