Job Overview
The Digital Technology – Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) and Advanced Technology organization is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Operations Leader to help shape, strengthen, and evolve how the organization operates.
In this high-impact role, you will establish long-range operating strategies, strengthen management systems, improve governance, and drive organization-wide process improvements using CORE principles.
As a strategic member of the Business Enablement Leadership Team, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve execution discipline, increase transparency, and enable predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can connect strategy with execution, solve complex organizational challenges, influence senior stakeholders, and lead meaningful change across a matrixed environment.
What You Will Do
Drive Business Operations & Strategy
- Support and execute the business operations strategy, operating model, and governance.
- Improve clarity, alignment, accountability, and execution across the organization.
- Strengthen management processes and operating routines.
Lead Process Improvement
- Lead initiatives to simplify work, reduce waste, and improve efficiency using CORE methodology.
- Identify operational gaps, understand root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
Enable Data-Driven Decisions
- Lead business reviews and operational analysis with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and track KPIs and performance measures aligned with business goals.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
Strengthen Governance & Risk Management
- Manage risk, issue, and change-control processes across programs and workstreams.
- Improve visibility, accountability, and timely escalation of issues.
- Help identify and address risks early.
Support Financial & Resource Planning
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Ensure resources and investments support business priorities.
- Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making.
Drive Communication & Engagement
- Develop communication plans that improve transparency and alignment.
- Support town halls, leadership reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Clearly communicate business priorities, progress, and outcomes.

- 15+ years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility and strategic scope.
- Demonstrated experience leading business operations, operational strategy, transformation, or organizational improvement in complex and matrixed environments.

- Strong understanding of KPI development, operational performance management, and data-driven decision-making.

- Demonstrated ability to identify systemic organizational challenges and develop simple, scalable solutions.
- Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
- A strong CORE/process-improvement mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and execution excellence.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
- An advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, in accordance with applicable requirements.
- For Engineering/Technical positions, a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 12+ years of relevant experience is typically required, unless otherwise permitted by applicable local laws and regulations.
