Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Process daily incoming/outgoing funds transactions with strict compliance controls;
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve payment enquiries and exceptions;
• Perform daily Client Money Segregation;
• Provide operational surge support during peak periods;
• Participate in system enhancements by providing user requirements and reviewing UAT results.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance  or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the securities/futures industry.
• Willing to work shift.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive working attitude with analytical mind-set and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word. Knowledgeable in using VBA will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin. Knowledge of Japanese/Korean will be an advantage.
