Skills and Knowledge

l  本科及以上学历；25~50岁；

l  熟悉操作Office办公软件；

l  英语四级及以上

l  良好的英语口语表达能力

l  熟悉合同条款、服务范围和顾客期望；

 Experiences

(foundational experiences gained, key assignments covered, pre-identification foundational developmental experiences)

l  3 年以上服务行业工作经验，2 年以上管理经验；

l  有支持客户完成GMP相关审计工作的经验；

l  熟悉工厂项目管理流程及团队管理经验；

l  管理过团队；

Job Summary

General

l  根据服务合同以及公司相关程序，制定和实施现场管理计划，带领现场团队为客户提供专业和主动的服务；

l  遵守客户现场相关程序，负责客户现场保洁业务，包括：现场保洁人员考勤和培训，维护现场保洁人员加班请假等，并针对审计等其他特殊情况，制定相应的工作安排，满足客户需求。

l  遵守客户现场相关程序，负责客户现场日常虫害控制业务，并针对现场突发虫害情况，协调供应商前往现场调查等，满足客户需求。

l  遵守客户现场相关程序，负责客户现场日常绿植养护业务，管理驻场供应商人员，并针对现场客户需求，制定相应的工作安排，满足客户需求。

l  熟悉工厂非GMP区域管理要求，熟悉相关程序文件；

l  负责外包供应商的日常管理，服务标准的严格落实及费用核对；

l  负责年度费用预算及合理使用及回款

l  负责月报更新；

l  严格遵守工厂EHS部门规定的各项细则，并向下落实，实现零伤害；

l  满足营运必做的各项要求，各项要求维护和保持客户关系，达成公司服务标准；

l  支持索迪斯团队餐饮服务项目，满足客户需求；

l  完成现场经理的工作安排，协助综合设施服务经理做好日常管理工作，严格执行营运必做的各项要求及服务流程与标准，满足客户需求；

l  其他现场经理及客户安排的工作；
