Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain Supply Chain data across internal systems
• Produce and distribute regular Supply Chain reports
• Create and maintain product and supplier records
• Support Demand Planners with administrative tasks
• Process and maintain documentation relating to purchase orders
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports where required
• File and maintain Supply Chain documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Update expected delivery dates on retailer orders
• Assist with new booking in dates for deliveries to retailers
• Update databases with delivery status and confirm PODs
• Support continuous improvement activities within the department
• Provide general administrative support to the wider Supply Chain team

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• UK market experience is not required; candidates with relevant local experience can be considered.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems is an advantage.
• Experience in relative industry is highly preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm UK time or 8am–5pm UK time

Location: Permanent Work-From-Home
