We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of design, data, and business. This role requires a strong aesthetic eye, understanding of product, and the ability to translate consumer insights into commercially successful product strategies.
You will work closely with design, sourcing, and retail teams to build and scale collections that are both emotionally resonant and performance-driven.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Planning
- Support category planning across collections, price points, and product types
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance to drive decisions
- Identify gaps and opportunities in assortment
- Design Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team to ensure collections align with brand vision and consumer insights
- Bring strong design sensibility to critique and refine product direction
- Balance creativity with commercial viability
- Product Development
- Translate concepts into technically feasible designs
- Collaborate with sourcing and production teams
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build and manage dashboards for category performance
- Use Excel to track KPIs like sell-through, inventory turns, and margins
- Present insights and recommendations
- Market & Consumer Insights
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, materials, and competitive landscape
- Bring a sharp understanding of evolving consumer preferences, especially for modern Indian women
Key Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in jewellery category, merchandising, or product roles
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for proportion, detailing, and finish
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to balance creative instinct with commercial logic
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
