As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will use your knowledge to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By understanding the broader objectives of your projects, you will contribute to the overall strategy and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing programming languages and software development methodologies to create scalable applications
- Managing application lifecycle and integrating enterprise application architecture
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to improve software quality
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional software designs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to optimize software performance
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges
- Engaging in business process improvement and management to enhance operational efficiency
- Leveraging API management and microservices to support application development and integration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Python and other programming languages for software development
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes
- Managing API and enterprise application integration
- Developing solutions using OutSystems and Spring Boot frameworks
- Excelling in analytical thinking and business requirements analysis
- Navigating complex client relationships and delivering quality solutions

- AI Agent Development Experience (Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio/dify)

- Build Experience in Azure/AWS/GCP
