Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance, contributing to the overall stability of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and optimize performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and incident response processes.
- Experience with automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify potential points of failure.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
