As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operational workflows. The position demands continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system reliability and performance, often collaborating with different teams to address complex challenges and enhance system stability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting web applications in complex environments.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP UI5 applications with backend services.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
