Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to business processes. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges within the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order to cash processes within SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales order processing, pricing, and billing.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of application errors.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
