Under general direction, responsible for complex tasks regarding the sales and marketing administration, planning, organization, and automation including managing the information systems of the department. Develops and implements changes to the optimal flow of orders. Assists with the administrative services of sales. Helps with the order processing and the relationships with clients for the administrative aspects of the sale (complaints, billing, deliveries, etc.). Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience.
