Als Accounts Payable Officer maak je onderdeel uit van het Finance team binnen Stichd. Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior Crediteuren medewerker en rapporteert aan de Teamlead Accounts Payable & Treasury. Je hebt een ruime ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een internationale omgeving.
Je vindt het leuk om – samen met je collega’s – mee te denken aan continue procesverbeteringen en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid hierin.
Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met systemen en vindt het leuk om deze zoveel mogelijk uit te nutten.

Your Mission

• Registreren, coderen en boeken van inkoopfacturen via onze digitale Accounts Payable automation applicatie Medius;
• Het aanmaken van boekingstemplates;
• Bewaken van tussenrekeningen en crediteurenkaarten;
• Contact houden met leveranciers en interne klanten;
• Meedenken met en aanzetten tot procesverbeteringen;
• Bijdrage leveren bij andere ad-hoc werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling.

Your Talent

• Je hebt minimaal MBO (plus) werk- en denkvermogen. Liefst met een opleiding in een financiële richting ;
• Je hebt ervaring op de financiële administratie;
• Je bent secuur;
• Je denkt in oplossingen;
• Je bent proactief;
• Je bent stressbestendig en weet om te gaan met strakke deadlines;
• Goede kennis van Excel;
• Kennis van SAP is een pré;
• Kennis van Medius (AP Automation) is een pré;
• Affiniteit met automatiseringssystemen;
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is een must.

Deze functie is gevestigd in Den Bosch, Nederland. Werken op afstand vanuit andere landen is niet mogelijk.

Om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen, moet je zelf al het recht hebben om in Nederland te werken. Wij zullen geen werk- of verblijfsvergunningen aanvragen.

•    Onze salarissen worden betaald op basis van 38 uur per week, maar we werken 40 uur per week. Je mag daarom kiezen tussen extra veel vakantiedagen; 37 per jaar óf je kiest voor een 40-urig salaris per maand met alsnog 25 vakantiedagen. Je kunt elk half jaar switchen in deze keuze;
