CACI is seeking an experienced A2AD Routing Analyst, Senior to support contested logistics planning and operational mobility across the Indo-Pacific. The A2AD Routing Analyst, Senior serves as CACI's senior logistics planning professional responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing logistics routing solutions that enable personnel, equipment, and sustainment movement through Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2AD) environments. Reporting directly to the Logistics Planning Lead, this position develops resilient routing strategies that maximize operational flexibility, reduce mission risk, and ensure continuity of sustainment operations during steady-state, contingency, and emergent missions.

The A2AD Routing Analyst works closely with Government stakeholders, operational planners, intelligence analysts, transportation coordinators, movement control teams, logistics planners, maritime and air mobility organizations, coalition partners, and mission partners to analyze operational environments, identify transportation constraints, assess adversary threats, and develop primary, alternate, contingency, and emergency (PACE) routing solutions. This position contributes to successful program execution by enabling resilient theater distribution networks and ensuring mission-critical sustainment throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop logistics routing solutions supporting operations in contested, degraded, and Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2AD) environments.

  • Develop primary, alternate, contingency, and emergency (PACE) routing plans for personnel, cargo, equipment, and sustainment operations.

  • Assess air, maritime, land, and multimodal transportation networks to identify routing options and operational constraints.

  • Integrate intelligence, weather, infrastructure, threat, geopolitical, and host nation factors into routing analyses and logistics planning.

  • Evaluate transportation risks associated with adversary capabilities, denied terrain, cyber threats, infrastructure degradation, and contested lines of communication.

  • Coordinate routing plans with operational planners, movement control teams, Joint logistics organizations, Service Components, and coalition partners.

  • Support operational planning, contingency planning, theater campaign planning, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and crisis action planning.

  • Develop route analysis products, mobility assessments, logistics estimates, executive briefings, and decision support recommendations.

  • Analyze transportation capacity, throughput, infrastructure resilience, and distribution network performance while recommending improvements.

  • Support operational rehearsals, tabletop exercises, mission planning events, and logistics experimentation initiatives.

  • Maintain routing databases, transportation models, geospatial products, and logistics planning documentation.

  • Ensure routing plans comply with Government directives, operational security requirements, theater policies, and contractual obligations.

  • Mentor logistics planners and transportation personnel while promoting best practices in contested logistics and operational mobility planning.

  • Support contingency operations requiring rapid route analysis and adaptive logistics planning.

  • Promote innovation, predictive logistics, and continuous process improvement to improve operational resilience across the theater.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience supporting logistics planning, operational logistics, transportation planning, movement control, theater sustainment, or contested logistics for Government or Department of Defense programs.

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations organizations, or Joint Task Forces.

  • Experience supporting operational planning involving transportation networks, deployment planning, theater distribution, or logistics synchronization.

  • Experience conducting operational risk assessments, route analysis, mobility planning, or logistics planning in complex operational environments.

  • Experience integrating intelligence, operational planning, and logistics data to support transportation and sustainment decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level reports and brief senior Government leadership on routing strategies, logistics risks, operational mobility, and sustainment planning.

  • Working knowledge of Joint logistics doctrine, theater distribution, contested logistics concepts, and multidomain operations.

Desired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Military Science, Operations Research, Geography, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, Geographic Combatant Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Joint Task Forces, or Service Component headquarters.

  • Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, contested logistics, expeditionary sustainment, multidomain operations, theater opening, or operational maneuver.

  • Experience utilizing ArcGIS, GCCS-J, JOPES, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SmarTrack, TAPID, ATLAS, geospatial analysis platforms, and logistics planning systems.

  • Knowledge of Joint Publication 4-01, Joint Publication 4-09, Joint Publication 5-0, operational design, PACE planning, route risk assessment methodologies, and multidomain operational planning.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent logistics and operational planning certifications are preferred.
