As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to Workday Technology implementations, focusing on integration. You will design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workday tools, analyze complex issues to provide innovative solutions, and mentor team members to maintain standards. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will develop and sustain meaningful client connections, navigate ambiguity with strategic thinking, and demonstrate proficiency in Workday Integration certification. This opportunity allows you to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Contributing to Workday Technology implementations with a focus on integration
- Designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions using Workday tools
- Analyzing complex issues to provide innovative solutions for client needs
- Mentoring and guiding team members to maintain professional and technical standards
- Developing and sustaining meaningful client connections to support business objectives
- Navigating ambiguity with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Integration certification and modules
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of integration modules and their applications
- Utilizing Workday Studio and advanced reporting for enhanced data analysis
- Applying knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture concepts to improve integration solutions
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive business transformation initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Integration modules
- Designing and deploying integration solutions using Workday tools
- Utilizing Workday Studio and advanced reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Projects
- Engaging in strategic technology planning and process optimization
