Test Analyst

missions 🛠

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual functional testing to validate business processes, system integrations, and end-user workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication and follow-up through to resolution.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and system changes to ensure they meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and release validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and quality assurance practices.
• Support user acceptance testing activities and help ensure a positive end-user experience.
  

your profile 👀

• 5+ years of experience in manual functional testing of web and mobile applications and/or enterprise business systems.
• Proven experience testing ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Infor M3, as well as CRM platforms like Salesforce and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans for test management, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional project environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
