Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, your day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. You will be responsible for managing change requests and ensuring that updates are accurately documented to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of your role, where you contribute to analyzing issues and driving their resolution to support business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting and sharing best practices to enhance team knowledge.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
- Engage proactively in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing data models.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues related to SAP BW/4HANA.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and vendor management to facilitate issue resolution.
- Good communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
