Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical capabilities and performance. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Apigee. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Boomi Atomsphere Integration. - Strong knowledge of API management and gateway technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and service-oriented architecture. - Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose problems effectively.
