Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business goals and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting designs to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and platform customization to enhance service delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and their application in modern technology architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
