Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technology strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application within ServiceNow environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
