About the Team
This role sits within the Supply Technical Solutions team, reporting directly to the Supply Technical Solutions Team Lead. Following our recent merger and scaling phase, this team is responsible for driving our omnichannel outcomes across the open internet. You will collaborate daily with global operations and business teams to architect and maintain the technical foundations of our programmatic and traditional supply, solving complex market challenges at real scale.
About the Role
Core Mission: Act as the technical execution anchor to deliver seamless programmatic and traditional supply integrations. Success in this role means providing high-ownership technical troubleshooting and deep analytical insights that directly optimize our supply ecosystem and elevate the customer experience.
What you’ll bring
Strategy & Innovation:
- Architect technical best practices to ensure successful implementation of programmatic and traditional supply across the platform.
- Drive real insights through deep analysis using multiple internal and external tools to optimize supply activity.
Execution & Flawless Delivery:
- Scale the resolution of case tickets from the Supply Solutions queue, diligently troubleshooting product issues before escalation.
- Scale technical assistance to Account Managers and clients to facilitate a flawless troubleshooting process.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Cultivate advisory relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide quality technical solutions and support.
Must-Haves
- Technical background: Proven track record in businesses operating successful tech products.
- Web technologies knowledge: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrations knowledge: Experience with RestAPI, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB protocols, and PostMan.
- Analytical & Communication: Proficiency in SQL and fluent English with the ability to drive problems to resolution.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar discipline.
- Experience with MySQL, BQ, Redash, and turning data into business suggestions.
- Familiarity with Python scripting, APIs, and automation tools like n8n.
- Understanding of system monitoring (Grafana) and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to utilize AI agents for process optimization and automation.
