Job Purpose:

TD SYNNEX株式会社唯一のハイタッチ営業部門の一員として、エンドユーザーの課題解決に繋がる提案を実施して頂くポジションです。
今回の募集ポジションは全国対応型の外勤セールスとなります。
新規法人顧客のPipeline創出や既存ユーザーのフォローを通し、フォーカス商材の販売を行って頂きます。
 

Responsibilities:

業務比率
法人向けハイタッチ営業：90％
協業パートナー（リセラー）支援：5％
ベンダーハイタッチ案件対応：5％

主な業務内容
・主に新規顧客開拓を中心とした法人向けハイタッチ営業を担当
・Pipelineマネジメントを通じた業績創出および達成責任
・活動計画の立案、進捗管理、活動報告の実施
・半期OPL/GM 25Mを目標とした営業活動の推進

デマンドジェネレーション／マーケティング協業

・デマンドジェネレーション活動において、マーケティング部門と連携
・理想の顧客プロファイル（ICP）の策定、ターゲット戦略および活動計画の立案
・策定した計画に基づき、マーケティング施策のイニシアチブを持ち提案・作成、運営をマーケティング部門へ連携・委託し、顧客獲得および案件創出につなげる
・既存リソースでは対応が難しい新規顧客開拓領域において、主体的に活動を推進
                                         
ベンダー・パートナーとの協業
・ベンダー各社と協業し、共同マーケティング施策やイベントの企画・推進
・企画したイベントや施策に対するベンダーファンドの獲得・活用
・ベンダーのハイタッチ営業担当から連携される案件の推進およびクロージング

営業活動全般
・エンドユーザーまたは販売代理店へのアプローチを通じ、顧客課題・ニーズのヒアリングおよび案件創出
・顧客要件に基づく提案書・見積書の作成
・顧客への提案プレゼンテーションおよび条件交渉の実施
・各種契約書の締結
・顧客との良好な関係を維持し、継続的かつ中長期的なビジネス関係を構築

対象業界
・データセンター／MSP、医療／ヘルスケア、エネルギー、製造業、流通、金融                                             

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

・サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、セキュリティ等のソリューションのハイタッチ営業経験5年以上程度                                    
・戦略的にアカウントプランを作成し、PDCAを回した経験
