The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a key part of that journey. This role goes beyond filling open positions. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to understand where we’re going, what talent we need to get there, and how we build the teams to support that growth.
You’ll have significant ownership over how we attract, assess, and hire talent at Latitude.sh. You’ll help shape our Talent Acquisition strategy, introduce scalable and data-driven approaches to hiring, strengthen our talent pipelines, and ensure our leaders have the tools and support to make great hiring decisions.

What You'll Do
Partner closely with hiring managers across Latitude.sh to understand their teams, hiring needs, and talent requirements.
Work with managers to define clear candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies for each role.
Manage recruitment across a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, including Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Finance, Sales, and People.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on the role, seniority, and talent market.
Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with both the role and Latitude.sh's culture.
Own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to offer, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Support offer management and candidate closing, helping to secure top talent in a competitive market.
Provide hiring managers with market insight and guidance on talent availability, sourcing approaches, and recruitment trends.
Partner with hiring managers to improve interview quality, candidate assessment, and decision-making.
Coach hiring leaders on effective interviewing, candidate engagement, and providing a strong candidate experience.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve recruitment processes as the company scales.
Introduce new sourcing strategies, tools, and approaches to help us reach a broader and more diverse talent pool.
Contribute to Latitude.sh's employer brand by effectively communicating our employee value proposition to candidates.
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to understand pipeline health, conversion, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and other key indicators.
Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
Share recruitment insights and market feedback with hiring managers and the People team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data within our ATS.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a technology, SaaS, infrastructure, or high-growth environment.
Experience recruiting across a range of roles and seniority levels, including technical positions.
Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
A good understanding of technical roles and the ability to learn and speak confidently about technical skills and requirements.
A data-driven mindset and an interest in using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach and strong sense of ownership — you see something that could be improved and take action.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Rippling etc.
