What you'll be doing

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own building Satispay's most complex and critical functions — Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR — as well as executive-level hiring.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Own end-to-end recruiting for complex roles - Design and execute hiring strategies for Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR roles, including apical roles, fully autonomously.

• Master passive candidate sourcing - Identify and engage hard-to-find talent across multiple channels, building relationships with candidates before roles open.

• Lead offer management - Own the full offer process from strategy definition with hiring managers through negotiation to signed offer, managing compensation discussions confidently.

• Drive Hiring Manager partnerships - Proactively own relationships with hiring managers, keeping them informed on pipeline status and strategy through data.

• Champion candidate experience - Use pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify gaps and propose concrete improvements to the candidate journey.

• Manage external partners - Build and maintain a network of executive search firms, specialist agencies, and external recruiters to get the best out of collaborations.

• Contribute to team strategy and projects - Participate in cross-functional projects inside and outside the TA team, taking ownership of team initiatives.

• Represent Satispay externally - Act as a Satispay ambassador at external events, conferences, and in the talent market.

Who we're looking for

This role needs someone with strong recruiting expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders while managing complex talent markets autonomously.

• Experience - 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency, with a track record of closing complex, niche, or senior roles.

• Corporate Functions Hiring - Direct exposure to recruiting for Legal, Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime, Finance, or HR.

• Executive Hiring - Placed or actively managed Director-level or above searches, navigating C-suite stakeholder dynamics.

• FinTech & Regulated Market Knowledge - Understanding of the talent landscape for compliance, AML, KYC, or financial regulation roles.

• Passive Sourcing Mastery - Proven capability to build candidate pipelines through multiple channels and long-term relationship building beyond standard tools.

• Offer Negotiation - Independently managed compensation discussions, counter-offers, and complex offer negotiations.

• Stakeholder Management - Ability to manage demanding, time-sensitive relationships with senior business leaders without losing grip on quality.

• Data-Driven Recruiting - Comfortable with compensation benchmarking, funnel analysis, and using data proactively.

• International Exposure - Familiarity with recruiting across Europe, understanding differences in employment law and salary expectations.

• ATS & Tools - High autonomy with ATS management and reporting (Ashby experience is a plus).

• Language Proficiency - Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Salary: €33,000.00 - €42,000.00 gross per annum

This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
