About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Survey Engineer to join our Road and Highway Infrastructure Project team in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all surveying activities required for the design, construction, and maintenance of road and highway infrastructure projects. The role will support the collection of accurate survey data essential for engineering design, construction control, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and conduct topographic, engineering, cadastral, and construction surveys for road and highway projects.
Perform route alignment surveys for roads, highways, bridges, and associated infrastructure.
Process and validate survey data to support engineering design and project planning.
Coordinate field survey teams, subcontractors, and survey equipment resources.
Monitor survey quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma degree in civil engineering or related with discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in topography survey and investigations for road projects, preferably for projects funded by MDBs.
Male or female
Good communication in English Language
