About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of road and highway infrastructure projects in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity measurement, contract administration, commercial management, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation for road and highway projects.
Undertake quantity take-offs and measurement of civil works, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure.
Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project team
Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent/relevant degree,
Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimation of quantities and detailed cost estimates, with detailed price analysis of the items of works, for road/highway projects, preferably funded by MDBs.

Good communication in English Language
