PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Realizar registros contables de ingresos, egresos, gastos y demás movimientos financieros en el sistema.

• Coordinar y supervisar la correcta contabilización de transacciones financieras.

• Gestionar procesos de importación, incluidos permisos, visados y coordinación con agencias aduanales.

• Elaborar, presentar y gestionar el pago de declaraciones de IVA, pago a cuenta y demás obligaciones fiscales.

• Administrar el pago de planillas de seguridad social y fondos de pensiones.

• Realizar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales.

• Elaborar y administrar reportes financieros, contables, de ventas, inventarios y márgenes de producto.

• Gestionar el archivo y resguardo de libros legales y documentación financiera.

• Coordinar trámites ante instituciones gubernamentales y regulatorias.

• Supervisar y ejecutar pagos electrónicos y procesos de tesorería conforme a las políticas internas.

• Realizar inventarios físicos y cíclicos de productos en bodegas.

• Proporcionar información y soporte durante auditorías internas y externas.

• Brindar apoyo administrativo a colaboradores en temas relacionados con recursos humanos, sistemas y procesos internos.

• Participar en la conciliación y validación de cuentas por cobrar junto con las áreas comerciales.

• Generar reportes e información financiera para áreas internas y entidades externas.

• Apoyar los procesos de facturación y proyectos del área comercial.
