Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Trend Micro security portfolio, including:
  • Apex One / Vision One (XDR)
  • Trend Vision One Platform
  • Cloud One Security
  • Deep Security / Workload Security
  • Email Security
  • Network Security
  • Trend Micro MDR Services
• Support pre-sales activities such as:
  • Requirement gathering and technical discovery
  • Solution architecture and design
  • Technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Assist sales teams with:
  • RFP/RFI responses
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and solution sizing
  • Product licensing and subscription guidance
  • Competitive positioning and solution recommendations

Partner & Customer Engagement

• Participate in:
  • Distribution Managed Partner Round Tables
  • Partner Technical Round Tables
  • Customer Technical Workshops
  • Security Awareness Sessions
• Engage directly with partners and customers to position Trend Micro solutions effectively.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Support strategic enterprise opportunities by providing technical consultation and solution validation.

Training, Enablement & Onboarding

• Deliver partner enablement sessions on Trend Micro products and solutions.
• Support onboarding of new partners by ensuring technical readiness.
• Conduct technical workshops, boot camps, and hands-on labs.
• Assist partners in preparing for Trend Micro certifications.
• Build and maintain demo environments, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
• Keep internal sales teams updated on new product features and competitive positioning.

Collaboration & Vendor Interaction

• Work closely with:
  • Internal sales and product teams
  • Trend Micro technical and channel teams
• Stay updated with Trend Micro product roadmap, new releases, cybersecurity trends, and threat landscape.
• Provide feedback from partners and customers to improve GTM strategy, partner enablement, and solution offerings.
• Coordinate with Trend Micro technical support during escalations and complex opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Trend Micro security solutions or equivalent cybersecurity platforms.
• Good understanding of:
  • Endpoint Protection
  • Extended Detection & Response (XDR)
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
  • Email Security
  • Workload Security
  • Cloud Security
  • Network Security
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of SIEM, SOC operations, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and modern cyber threat landscape is preferred.
