This role spans various platforms and workflows, including LED volumes, mixed reality (xR/VP), projection mapping, real-time rendering, and location-based experiences across stadiums, venues, and themed attractions.

- Utilize Vectorworks and other tools to produce precise technical drawings and documentation for internal teams and external vendors.
- Architect innovative solutions that integrate Disguise hardware and software with common 3rd party technologies.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to provide technical insights and resolve potential bottlenecks during the pre-production stage.
- Work with Sales to provide pre-sales Proofs of Concept (POCs) at Disguise or Client sites.
- Work with Creative Services and wider Solutions Design team members to build on client-facing demos and content.
- Work with the Solutions Design team to continue building and improving our demo capabilities.
- Onsite Integration & Technical Services:
- Bring to life technical designs they or other members of the Solutions Design team have made. Travel to client sites (domestic and international) to verify that onsite physical integrations align with the original engineering designs.
- Support systems hand-over training as required
- Ensure proper documentation related to the project is produced
- Ensure proper project handoff to other Disguise teams such as Customer Success and Support, to ensure a smooth transition to day-to-day account management.
Your skills and experience:

- Communication: Excellent attention to detail in technical documentation and the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones. Ability to express complex technical theories and workflows to others, either in person or through technical documentation.
Nice to have:

- Training experience: helping clients make the most of their new solutions from day 1 of go-live
- Basic understanding of Unreal Engine, Touch Designer and Notch.
Behaviours, travel & requirements:
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (roughly once every other month) for 1-2 weeks per project/trade show.
