Role Description:

As a Service Delivery and Provisioning Program Manager, you will drive the mission-critical transition from a signed contract to a live network service. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of circuit implementation, cross-connect execution, and capacity activation across complex network delivery initiatives. In this role, you serve as a key technical liaison between the Acquisition team and Network Operations. You will be responsible for driving down "Mean Time to Deliver," ensuring infrastructure partners meet their commitments, and optimizing provisioning workflows for scale. You will act as a primary point of contact for resolving delivery roadblocks and work cross-functionally with Network Engineering, Supply Chain, and external Carriers to ensure a seamless hand-off to the live network. |

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
