What you’ll be doing:
- Bring Salesforce technical expertise to business stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities that improve customer experience and drive efficiency toward desired outcomes.
- Serve as the technical counterpart to the business on solutions and approaches for business requirements, through efficient and effective communication.
- Embed continuous improvement as a culture within the business and support delivery of outcomes alongside project implementation stakeholders.
- Guide the development team on Apex/LWC coding standards, governor-limit-safe design, and testing strategy; review code and deployment approach to ensure smooth, bug-free releases.
- Add value to the Salesforce COE (Centre of Excellence) and the wider ecosystem — driving governance, reusable frameworks, and CI/CD-backed release practices — while mentoring junior engineers.
- Learning new capabilities and skills as per the project needs and while also making sure that the team is also enabled on these skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Familiarity with application Out of Box features and advanced level of automation for ex - flows, process builders and automations.
- Potential to analyze business requirements with good communication skills.
- Strong hand-on experience in salesforce lighting experience terminologies and its features.
- Experience managing managed packages.
- Experience in click to configure integrations.
- Hands on knowledge on back-end & front-end coding.
- Expertise in salesforce Sales & Service cloud offerings.
- Expertise in salesforce lighting experience terminologies and its features.
- Good knowledge on Apex, VF & LWC framework.
- Hands on knowledge in integrations via click to configure and via custom code.
- Experience with application's best coding practices.
- Ability to manage technical development of projects independently.
- Experience in agile methodologies and framework.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deliveries.
- 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce as a developer
- Knowledge of Integration frameworks like REST, SOAP, FTP, JSON, etc.
- Should be Platform Developer Certified.
- Should have delivered at least 2 E2E projects.
- Active badge holder in Salesforce Trailhead.
- AI Assisted development using any of the tools like Claude, Cursor or Codex.
- Aware of Vibe-Coding frameworks and key terms like BMAD, Context and Prompt Engineering.
Good to Have
- Docusign – Setup, Integration with Salesforce, CLM.
- SPIFF – Sales Performance Incentive Fund, Salesforce Opportunity Commission setup.
- CPQ – Configuration, customization and Quote to Cash process knowledge.
