The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

Our Program Management team plays a pivotal role in translating strategic priorities into execution, driving operating model maturity, accelerating market readiness, and enabling sustainable business growth. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead enterprise-critical cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is suited to a highly credible leader who can shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders across the organization, and lead complex, high-visibility programs with significant regional impact. If you are energized by solving complex business challenges, operating in a highly matrixed environment, and delivering meaningful outcomes at scale, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our regional business and long-term success.

Where you come in:

  • You lead enterprise-critical product, process, market, and tender design, implementation, and launch programs across EMEA, ensuring successful execution from early planning through deployment and continuous optimization.
  • You act as the senior regional program lead for highly complex, multi-country initiatives, owning delivery outcomes, governance, risk management, and overall business impact.
  • You translate global and enterprise strategies into integrated regional execution roadmaps, aligning scope, sequencing, and priorities to regional market dynamics.
  • You drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, regulatory, market access, supply chain, finance, quality, and operations to enable compliant and scalable delivery.
  • You identify strategic risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and guide resolution through structured recommendations and scenario planning.
  • You lead post-launch optimization initiatives, improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability, and converting insights into actionable improvements.
  • You establish and evolve program governance, reporting frameworks, and management standards to ensure visibility, consistency, and high-quality decision-making.
  • You act as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders, providing strategic input and influencing decisions beyond the immediate program scope.

What makes you successful:

  • You operate with a high degree of autonomy, confidently navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
  • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, consistently connecting program activities to broader commercial priorities and long-term business impact.
  • You influence senior stakeholders through credibility, insight, and structured recommendations, even without formal authority.
  • You manage highly complex, multi-workstream programs with disciplined planning, clear prioritization, and proactive handling of risks and interdependencies.
  • You bring an enterprise mindset, balancing regional needs with global priorities and identifying scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely at executive level, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and escalation when needed.
  • You apply structured problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement approaches to drive measurable and lasting outcomes.
  • You proactively share knowledge, best practices, and ways of working, helping elevate program management standards across teams.
  • You maintain a strong focus on outcomes, ensuring programs deliver measurable value across launch readiness, performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • You hold and maintain a recognized Project or Program Management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent), applying best practices consistently in your work.

What you’ll get:
