About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Hyperforce team is seeking a Product Manager with a strong builder mindset. The role requires technical proficiency and passion for platform & infrastructure-as-a-service, developer experience and applying AI for solving hard platform problems such as resource optimization, scaling and availability. The role will focus on building new technologies that can scale the compute infrastructure while also running it in a cost effective manner.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Own and innovate towards building strategic platform capabilities such as resource optimization by leveraging the knowledge of Infrastructure/platform-as-a-service and open-source technologies.

  • Apply AI to understand user pain-points, investigate product maturity gaps such as in scaling and availability, build product concepts, and product ops.

  • Engage with customers and partners to build product capability roadmap, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.

  • Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites.

What we’re looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years minimum of Product Management, Solution Architect or similar experience.

  • Technical depth in user facing products, infrastructure/platform-as-a-service (IaaS/PaaS), containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability.

  • Proficiency and growth mindset towards leveraging AI (eg. Claude Code) and data analytics tools (eg. SQL).

  • Product management experience in developing rich user experiences, KPIs for measuring user journey and experience, and building platform automation for self-service.

  • Demonstrated experience in building product prototypes, writing strategy and translating customer needs into product capabilities.

  • A technical degree required, preferably in Software Engineering.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in resource optimization techniques such as leveraging Karpenter and Kueue is preferred.

  • Direct experience of working on and leveraging AWS, Google Cloud and Azure services.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
