Senior Marketing Coordinator – Remote
Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours (PST Required)
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution, social media, CRM operations, content coordination, program administration, and executive workflows.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a marketing strategy or leadership position. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep campaigns, content, systems, communication, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, digitally savvy, and excellent at follow-through.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Social Media
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms
- Manage engagement, DMs, and community interactions
- Support promotions, events, and advertising campaigns
- Track basic social performance and maintain reporting
Content & Digital Assets
- Edit short-form videos and create social media graphics
- Use tools such as Canva, VEED, and OpusClip
- Organize and format workbooks, guides, scripts, and program materials
- Maintain consistent branding across digital content
CRM & Email Marketing
- Build and manage workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM/automation platforms
- Execute email campaigns, outreach, and follow-up sequences
- Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Ensure leads and participant follow-ups are completed on time
Executive & Operations Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination
- Maintain task trackers and project management sheets
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups
- Proactively identify gaps or delays in workflows
Program & Community Support
- Coordinate onboarding and participant communication
- Organize digital program and membership resources
- Track participant progress and outstanding actions
- Troubleshoot minor platform or account issues
Research & Lead Generation
- Research target audiences and build ICP/prospect lists
- Support lead generation and outbound marketing initiatives
- Assist with basic website updates, account setup, reporting, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Marketing Coordination, Executive Assistance, Digital Marketing Operations, or Operations Support
- Strong experience with Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM systems, or marketing automation
- Comfortable using Canva and video editing/content tools
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community engagement
- Excellent written English and professional communication
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during U.S. PST business hours
Nice to have: Experience supporting founders, coaches, membership communities, or entrepreneurial businesses; email marketing, funnels, lead generation, paid ads, or landing pages.
