Marsh Risk is seeking to hire a Process Improvement Specialist, located in Mumbai, to help the Pacific Region improve its ways of working. The successful candidate will be an established and productive professional individual contributor in Process Efficiencies, who works independently with minimal supervision.

The person is responsible for one small project or a single work stream of a larger project. The person implements the technological tools used for analyzing processes efficiency. More specially the successful candidatre will

• Establish the execution plan for a small project or for a single work stream of a project

• Conduct analyses of business processes to identify process improvement opportunities; executes value streams and process maps to identify current state; conducts root cause analysis; implements voice of the customer/colleagues

• Interpret results of analyses and generates basic recommendations regarding process improvements, with guidance from experienced colleagues

• Meet with experienced colleagues to learn how to use the appropriate tools for a project to provide support

• Learn to interpret the results of analyses to generate basic recommendations regarding process improvements

• Monitor progress during projects and continually updates project plans as needed; evaluates whether material variance from original plan is needed due to changes in project scope, requirements, or resource constraints

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the right tools are being used for the project; supports the implementation of the tools needed

What you need to have:

• Bachelors degree in any field with min 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong business analysis, organizational design, and process improvement experience

• Proven track record in business analysis and project delivery

• Some experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete require

What makes you stand out:

• Experience working in a large complex organisation

• Familiarity with Centre of Excellence (COE) frameworks and best practices

• Formal Project Management or Business Analyst certification

• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry
