Role Overview
Taiwan FP&A team drives corporate-level financial planning, strategic analysis, and executive visibility. In this role as a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and leadership. You will translate commercial drivers and operational inputs into actionable financial projections, empowering senior leaders with the clarity they need to make high-impact strategic decisions.
What You Will Do

Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Lead all aspects of financial planning, including the annual budgeting process, rolling monthly forecasts, and variance/gap analysis to track business performance against goals

Strategic & Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct rigorous, data-driven financial modeling and exploratory analysis to uncover insights and guide senior executive decision-making

Strategic Business Partnering (Taiwan): Serve as the primary finance partner for the local business, translating commercial developments into financial impacts and collaborating with stakeholders to drive corrective actions

Global Headquarters Alignment: Partner with Corporate FP&A at Global HQ to communicate local business performance, market dynamics, and key strategic initiatives

Management Reporting & Governance: Design and maintain clear management reporting structures that reflect organizational accountability and promote ownership across teams

FP&A Tooling & Process Optimization: Drive the development and continuous improvement of financial reporting tools, models, and automated dashboards to streamline insights delivery to leadership

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of progressive FP&A experience within a fast-paced technology, digital, or e-commerce environment

Corporate / Central FP&A Experience: Proven background in consolidated corporate financial planning, modeling, and executive reporting

Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong business acumen with a proven track record of synthesizing complex, high-volume datasets into strategic insights and recommendations

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems)

Communication: Business-fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and global leadership

Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-moving team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BI and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Proficiency in SQL for independent data extraction and analysis
