Senior Document Controller
Role Overview
Lead document control activities for the Supervision Consultant team, ensuring effective management, distribution, tracking, and archiving of project documentation and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the document control team.
- Manage project documentation, correspondence, drawings, technical submissions, and transmittals.
- Ensure documents are properly registered, distributed, and tracked.
- Monitor document review and approval status.
- Maintain document control logs and registers.
- Coordinate document submissions between the Client, Consultant, and Contractor.
- Ensure proper document version and revision control.
- Prepare document control reports and status updates.
- Support project close-out and document archiving.

- Central Region (Riyadh)
- Western Region (Jeddah)
- Western Region (Makkah - Madinah)
- Eastern Region (Khobar - Dammam)
- Southern Region (Aseer - Jazan – Najran)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Document Control, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience on major construction projects.
- Experience working for a Consultant/contractor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
- Experience with Aconex or similar EDMS.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
