Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)
HSE Inspector
Monitor construction activities on site and conduct inspections to identify unsafe conditions, verify compliance with HSE requirements, and support the project HSE team in maintaining safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE inspections across construction areas.
- Identify and report unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
- Verify Contractor compliance with HSE procedures and approved method statements.
- Monitor PPE, work permits, housekeeping, access, and safe work practices.\
- Follow up on HSE observations and corrective actions.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety awareness activities.
- Support incident reporting and investigation activities.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare HSE reports.
- Immediately escalate serious or high-risk safety violations.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HSE/site inspection experience in construction.
