What your main responsibilities are:

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Analyst – Pricing and Marketing Analytics. This role will own analytics for complex pricing, build solutions, and enable pricing teams to optimize and deliver pricing excellence to enable long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving rigor, attention to detail, and is comfortable to work in ambiguity. Has the ability to translate high level abstract problem into actionable data and system problems to enable execution.

What your main responsibilities are

Strategic Analytics & Insight Generation

• Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to uncover key drivers of pricing performance, revenue leakage, and profitability
• Apply critical thinking to identify long-term trends in customer pricing, price elasticity, competitive dynamics, and business outcomes.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to track pricing performance and enable self-serve analytics for commercial teams.

Data Science & Decision Support

• Utilize advanced data analysis, SQL, and Python to build predictive pricing models, opportunity sizing frameworks, and optimization models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  Conduct scenario analysis and simulations to inform pricing structures, promotional discounting strategies, and rate changes.
• Design and evaluate experiments (e.g. cohort analysis) to drive product and service pricing optimization.
• UI/UX for Business Users: Experience designing intuitive, highly interactive dashboard solutions (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) commercial teams can actually use to make daily pricing decisions.
• Requirement Gathering & Translation: Strong ability to act as a "product manager" for the pricing team—translating vague commercial requests into concrete technical specifications.
• Plus: Leverage hands-on AI/ML tools.
