About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant within the Marketing Operational reporting team Supports the development and delivery of data management, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled automation solutions that help business partners make informed decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and data partners to acquire, transform, analyze, and visualize data while leveraging modern cloud and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

• Lead or participate on large cross group projects

• Mentor less experienced staff

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or related fields.

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.

• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and quality checks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability

• 3 to 6 years of experience building Tableau (preferably) or Power BI dashboards/reports.

• Working knowledge of SAS, Python or other analytical tools
