As a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead - Manager, you will drive the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. Your role will involve mentoring others, developing skills outside your comfort zone, and addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members. Responsibilities

- Leading agile delivery teams in the development of innovative software solutions
- Guiding teams through the application of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Managing software project planning and execution to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to design, code, and test applications
- Overseeing application development and software maintenance to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and improve process management
- Implementing enterprise application architecture and integration strategies to optimize system performance
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to validate software quality and functionality
- Mentoring team members to develop skills outside their comfort zone and encouraging innovation
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and team members to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, preferably with prior technical experience as a Developer, QA, or Business Analyst 

Strong understanding of end-to-end application functionality, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies 

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives 

Experience managing Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and distributed onshore/offshore teams 

Strong experience with sprint and PI-level delivery tracking including capacity, velocity, burndown, risks, and dependencies 

Ability to identify and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies, blockers, technical debt, and delivery risks 

Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with experience communicating delivery status, risks, and technical trade-offs to senior leadership 

Experience with resource and capacity planning across multi-vendor / contractor / FTE teams 

Strong understanding of Scrum, Scrumban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile delivery models 

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; experience with delivery dashboards / AI-driven reporting tools preferred 

CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred 

Experience in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services technology programs strongly preferred 

Strong communication, ownership, servant leadership, adaptability, and customer-first mindset
